She specializes in depression and anxiety disorders. Her passion has been the study of human emotions and their role in psychological disorders. She has published related work in both national and international journals. While working as a school counselor, she has dealt with different psychological issues concerning students, parents, and teachers. She is a certified adolescent health counselor and NLP practitioner. She also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. She is a life-skill trainer and has conducted various workshops for school students. She has also worked as a lecturer and taught psychology to undergraduate students. She is also a parenting expert and is constantly engaged in community welfare. She is passionate about de-stigmatizing mental health issues and is working towards raising awareness about such issues.
Nidhi Mehta is the Co-founder, Developer, Content Strategist, Editor, and Promotion & PR Manager of HeartyPsych. She is a professional editor and long-time writer. She has worked as publication editor for an international medical journal published by Springer Nature and has been the chief editor of a healthcare website. She has also worked as an English lecturer in a degree college. She holds an M.Phil. and a Masters degree in English Literature and another Masters degree in Public Administration. She also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism & Mass Communication.
