  1. Thanks for making this distinction. I agree that we need to express frustrations and hurts. Giving voice to them can help us process and deal with the negative things we experience. Ultimately, that should be the goal. At the same time, focusing on negatives, and not working towards some kind of positive change, wears the listener down and keeps the speaker stuck.
